Leyla Mehmandoost

Co-Founder & Operating Partner

With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, I have dedicated my career to supporting the healthy development of children under 12 in safe, nurturing, and enriching environments. As co-founder of Marina Bay Academy, my mission is to create a space where every child feels valued, confident, and inspired to explore the world around them.

In addition to working directly with children, I have led training, mentorship, and supervision of educators, developing in-house professional development programs to uphold the highest standards of care and education. I believe that investing in our educators is essential to delivering consistent, high-quality support to children and families.

My background includes specialized training in child development, play-based learning, and inclusive leadership. At Marina Bay Academy, we prioritize strong relationships with families, open communication, and a shared commitment to nurturing each child’s unique potential.

It is an honor to lead a team dedicated to excellence in early learning and care.
