Marina Bay Preschool Program (3–5 Years)

Purposeful Learning, Confident Growth

At Marina Bay Childcare Academy, our Preschool Program is thoughtfully designed to support each child’s learning journey through intentional, weekly program planning. Guided by the BC Early Learning Framework, our educators create enriching experiences based on the evolving strengths, interests, and developmental needs of every child.

Rather than learning through play alone, our approach is rooted in purposeful education. Children engage in a variety of structured programs throughout the week that foster school readiness, creativity, and critical thinking.

Our curriculum supports key areas of development:

• Well-being and belonging – Creating safe, respectful environments where children feel confident and included
• Communication and literacies – Building early reading, writing, storytelling, and expressive language skills
• Exploration and creativity – Encouraging investigation, problem-solving, and imagination through art, science, and group projects
• Social responsibility and diversity – Nurturing empathy, collaboration, and awareness of self and others

Programs throughout the week include visual arts, early literacy, numeracy, science discovery, mindfulness, cultural exploration, and more. Our goal is to offer a rich, balanced foundation that supports children’s growth into capable, confident learners.
